Positive: We had a very beautiful room (romantic room) which was recently renovated. It had a nice mountain view and very nice bathroom. The staff very always pleasant and very helpful. The access to the ski is perfect, few steps and 100 metres, no driving or skibus needed. I enjoyed suana in the spa. Although spa has to be paid separetly I liked it was not crowded. The hotel is very clean. I loved their dinner it was always great. Also combination of bufet with pre orded meals worked well. Hotel is definitely kids and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much

Negative: - facility for keeping ski and ski boots is very poor its loacated in the garage where there is no heating - also breakfast vere not the level I would expect, every day the same, only a few vegatbles and every day the same, also some breakfast food seemed not to be very high quality - the hotel could pay little bit more passion for details, in the garage there was a mess like in the storage not in a hotel
