Positive: Set within a park, the hotel provides a peaceful and secure environment, a seamless check-in experience, excellent bed quality, and well-kept amenities throughout.

Negative: A small breakfast buffet would have added more convenience, as the current à la carte–only option feels a bit limited. Additionally, for a hotel of this rating, it was disappointing at dinner that a simple request to replace regular potatoes with sweet potatoes — for a mini hamburger priced at over €15 — could not be accommodated.

Positive: Clean, very good position, food great, services excellent

Negative: They can put second set of pillows. Just one is not very confortable. Also they can improve the toiletries. We only had hard soap and shampoo

Positive: The hotel is very nice, with spacious and clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Its location is excellent—right inside the Krushuna Falls park, which makes visiting the waterfalls or the nearby Devetashka Cave very convenient. Note that there is a 5 BGN entry fee for the park, but we only had to pay it once during our stay. Breakfast is fine—nothing exceptional, but the products are fresh and there is some variety.

Negative: Be sure to provide your car’s license plate number to the reception to avoid parking charges. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this in advance, and after three hours we were charged about 3 BGN when leaving. Reception later clarified, but it would have been helpful to know beforehand.
