Summary: The rooms are actually suites. Loved the area and the bars around the place. Location is perfect if you're walking around downtown Madrid! I recommend this hotel.

Summary: Great location in the old town and that gives this hotel a lot of positives, but the hotel is tired and needs a refurb in the general areas like they have refurbished the rooms. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is a step back in time but it does the job but it isn’t welcoming.
