Positive: The hotel is at the river bank with bad access road. It is comparatively a clean new hotel with few river side rooms which have got excellent view.
Negative: Basic amenities are missing like parking, lift, wardrobe & bed side table in the rooms, calling bell, dining facilities etc. There are constant noise polution of Hulor Ghat announcements. The hotel should have atleast complimentary B/F. Many things need to be added up before it comes up as excellent hotel.
Summary: Its a developing property, although clean but basic amenities are missing.
