Positive: Perfect location for hiking, with cozy, spotlessly clean rooms. Comfortable beds, lovely monogrammed towels, and great attention to detail. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide hot and cold selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Positive: Super calm place and very comfortable room. It's great too that there is a restaurant in the hotel because it's somehow a remote place. Parking was very helpful too.

Positive: The interior decoration is charming and the rooms are nice. The concierge was very pleasant and did what he could but he was managing the whole place on his own while he kept mentioning he was not the manager. He gave us a free map to apologise for inconvenience. Parking is easy. We were adequately comfortable but expected more, especially given the price.

Negative: Check-in was bad. No-one with experience available. No one to help with information. They kept referring to a manager who never appeared during our stay (we were there 2 nights). Breakfast was nice but not covered so quickly cooled down if you got there late and not very hygienic. Dinner was average. There is no where comfy to sit in our or outside the terrace. The tables are hard wooden with parasols inconveniently placed so that they block the person next and opposite you. The bar / restaurant just has plain tables, no relaxing chairs of sofas. The location is okay but no nice places to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and no pleasant towns nearby. Better to stay more east and closer to the main attractions such as Sucha Bela which is still a 45 min drive.

Summary: Okayish but really overpriced for what you get and poorly managed
