Positive: Property and hotel building like in fairy tale. Restaurant - amazing service with delicious food. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Negative: Not many choices of taxi services from hotel to nearby activities. Their arranged taxi a little bit expensive.

Positive: Very easy walking distance to the pedestrian village, ice skating, convenient to drive out to other parts of town, efficient ski valet. The room was well appointed, a great layout for size, and so so cozy. Special shout out to ALL the valets/bellman who were so courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We’ve traveled a ton and this experience was the just right balance of luxury yet homey, friendly coziness.

Negative: Wish the pool was heated but since it’s a small hotel the hot tub was enough space for an apres ski dip.

Positive: The location was stunning and the rooms were attractive, spacious and had fireplaces. The staff were outstandingly helpful (particularly Justine) and really made the stay a pleasure. Nothing felt too much trouble. We had a lovely couple of days staying here and would certainly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Negative: The only thing I would consider is a wider menu choice for vegetarians. This won’t affect most people but If you are staying for any length of time, the menu is a little limited.

Summary: Relaxing winter stay in a delightful lakeside hotel in the mountains.
