Summary: I had an inside room with no window. It was dark and the only way to get natural light was to open the curtain facing a sitting area--very exposed. The room temperature could not be regulated. There was no thermostat. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. No bottled water was provided as is customary in Mexico.

Summary: The Queen Suite room was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to air fresheners, and the room was wonderfully unscented.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. Except bathroom which is extremely small The only complaint I have is about their internet access. Is terrible the signal didn't even reach our room and when I asked the front desk the response was "Yes, we have that problem always'! I asked how many access points they have or WIFI extenders and the response even went from bad to worst "None!" in other wors they only have one router for the entire place which is ridiculous.

Summary: Pros: Very large clean rooms. Staff was kind and helpful. Free transportation from and to train or bus! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good. Cons: Overpriced. Bed was a bit "bowl-like."

Summary: The hotel is a little down the road from the central area of Creel, which wasn't too bad. They have a driver who will pickup and drop you off from the train or bus stops (even if you aren't expecting them and walk to the hotel like we did!) so definitely take advantage. The room was very comfy and clean with satellite tv. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast was not especially great, but I'd recommend heading into town anyway if you got the time.

Summary: Great location, spacious room with very comfortable bed, hot shower, efficient quiet heater, coffee machine....what more could you ask for? Wifi that works....it was barely operational, don’t think the hotel should advertise that there is the facility if it doesn’t work, very disappointing, the hotel would have got a much better score if it was working.
