Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Prokop, but what truly made it exceptional was Muj. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He really made my stay feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The level of service he provided stood out. The breakfast was also really good and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: It’s a little further from the center but it was only a 5min walk to the train station.
