Positive: The hotel was well positioned for the gondala. It did have lockers for your ski equipment but we paid for a locker in the first building off the gondala. The hotel has many facilities and close to other bars and restaurants in the town. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic with plenty of choice. New Year’s Eve was exceptional; champagne on arrival a 9 course dinner then a party until 3am!

Negative: We had a room outside the lift and some people have no self awareness of how loud they are. The room could have benefited from some coat hooks.

Positive: 3rd time staying here and every year it gets better! The new kids area and updates to the bar look great! Staff are fantastic and super helpful as always, breakfast is lovely whether you go to the buffet or the 5*. Perfect location for getting to the village/gondola. An all rounder especially if you have kids!

Negative: The staff at the reception was great, but one of the staff members at the spa was terrible, we didn’t even complete the whole hour we paid for, and she was already putting pressure for us to leave, it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel and when you ask for a spa is for having a relaxing moment with the group of friends, my girlfriend and myself where traveling with, not for a staff member to put pressure, we paid for an hour of spa time and we ended up having to leave 10 minutes before time due. She wasn’t very nice at the reception desk at the spa zone, but the other staff member who was there with her was very nice. Also for a 5 star hotel, the bathrobes were a little bit shredded which gives the impression of terrible laundry and recycling clothing so not very good.
