Positive: The location was fantastic, right in the middle of nature, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choice, with more than enough space to enjoy it comfortably. The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable bed, and everything felt clean and well looked after. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Negative: We arrived in the afternoon with our three-year-old daughter and had considered the hotel restaurant as a convenient option in case the weather turned rainy or windy. It turned out to be closed that evening, which we hadn’t realized since we don’t follow the hotel on social media. This left cycling to the center or the festival as our only choice — something we were initially unsure about with a small child. In the end, it worked out wonderfully, and the festival turned out to be a fantastic start to our trip. It would have been even better to know about the closure in advance, but overall we had a truly enjoyable experience.
