Positive: This is an older hotel but mostly well renovated. It’s real strength is food. Both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinners were a delight. Portions reasonably small, but you can ask for second helpings. The hotel sells ski passes.

Negative: Most staff in the restaurant do not speak English. Menu only in German. Heated outdoor pool opens from 4 pm only and is taken over by kids. if you want a bathrobe, ask reception, they are not placed in the rooms. The absence of own notes transport to the slopes is a pity as the breakfast starts at 7.30 (they let us come a bit earlier) so it is a rush to manage to get to, for example, Ladis car park on time as places fill up fast (certainly by 9). An earlier breakfast would be great, as well as a hotel minivan to the slopes.

Positive: Charming and traditional hotel, I loved the authenticity and the historic feeling of staying in that building. The staff were very friendly and dinners were super cosy. I recommend for a stay off season, it was cosy and had all amenities.

Negative: Honestly, to find something to say, I would just suggest bigger or more strong kissen for the bed.

Positive: The hotel is perfect for a luxurious ski vacation at a reasonable price. From Prutz you drive 15 minutes to ski resort Fiss-Ladis. Staying there directly is more expensive. In return you get the charme and friendliness of a family-run hotel that has invested a lot to keep up with the design and comfort of five star ressorts. It is also great for families which does not mean that it is noisy. On the contrary.

Negative: Nothing to complain about

Summary: Fantastic family-oriented hotel in middle of some of the best ski ressorts in Austria

Positive: We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

Negative: Nothing, we like everything

Summary: We love our stay in Post Hotel, well located, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful
