Negative: WiFi is horrible. Recommend using a password for GUESTS ONLY. Don’t agree that a hair cap needs to be worn to enter pool. That’s just not acceptable. It’s like Covid w the face mask. Useless!

Positive: Hotel Poseidon was the most beautiful sea front hotel we have ever stayed in. Hearing the waves crash from our room was amazing. Being steps from the beach was perfect!

Negative: There was not one thing we didn’t like about the property!

Positive: Our recent beach holiday was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location truly couldn't be better, directly fronting a stunning stretch of crystal-clear ocean and a pristine white sandy beach. We were treated to the most breathtaking sunsets every evening. While the staff spoke limited English, it was never an issue; they were incredibly warm and accommodating. Fabio, in particular, was always exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Our room was serviced daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay throughout. It was genuinely a dream beach getaway for us. Just a heads-up, you'll definitely want a car to explore the surrounding area.

Negative: We tried repeatedly to contact the hotel through Booking.com, sending messages and emails to inquire about an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, we received no response at all, which left us feeling a little anxious about our transfer arrangements. The breakfast was a bit average for our liking, consisting mostly of cold options.

Positive: Diamante was my favorite place in all of Italy — it’s incredibly beautiful, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like it before. We were originally supposed to stay at Hotel Poseidon, but since it was closed for renovations, someone from Hotel Ferretti kindly came to pick us up and took us there instead. And honestly… it was perfect. Hotel Ferretti is so beautiful — the décor is elegant and full of character, the staff were kind, attentive, and always helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was my favorite place to stay during the whole trip, and Diamante now holds a very special place in my heart. I truly hope to come back one day.
