Positive: Great location. Very good breakfast. Helpful and polite staff. Nice warm inner pool

Negative: No free bottled water in the room. Need to pay for water staffed in the mini bar. Stayed for 2 nights. Group of school kids were very noisy until late hours a floor above us disturbing our sleep on the first night. The teacher took control only after repeated complaints.

Positive: For such a majestic location, I did not expect to have amenities as spa and a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh water melon and the mineral water available everywhere. Communication in english was great.

Positive: The pictures on the website undersell this hotel! It's no luxury hotel, but it's very nice, clean, beautiful location on lakeside with a nice restaurant, outdoor tables to have a drink (or meal), solid breakfast, nice shower and clean, simple rooms. Ours had a little patio, and major upside - screens (!) in the patio door so we could leave our door open overnight and get mountain fresh air without bugs. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Negative: Exceeded our expectations. One recommendation is to update and improve the website! The pictures and layout don't really convey the scope of this place and its amenities. For example, we didn't know there was a restaurant at the hotel - which is great if you're driving and need a bite to eat and don't feel like heading out on a drive.

Summary: Great lakeside location with clean, basic rooms, outdoor space for a beer, active fun.
