Summary: This was my 4th stay here. Overall for the price it's a good place to stay. There is no breakfast or coffee but the zócalo is close. The garden is beautiful and the rooftop has beautiful views as well. It was good but wasn't as great as my usual stays. I was out into a smaller room than the usual one I stay in and I asked if I could change rooms (because the hotel was empty) and they said it was reserved. But no one stayed in it the entire time I was there. There is usually a fan and I did not have one which usually wouldn't matter but it was quite warm this trip and didn't sleep well due to the heat. Also, there was a lot of noise the last night I was there but it was Saturday night and somewhat expected but you can hear everything in the room I was in. When I checked out, they said there was nothing else I needed to do. I proceeded to walk to the zócalo and the attendant chased me down 3 blocks to tell me I needed to sign my cc receipt. I asked if he brought it with him and he said "no" and I needed to walk back to the hotel to sign it. Rediculous and was upsetting as I was in a hurry to get in my lift.to the airport.

Summary: Hotels is like traveling into the past, with old furniture, basic amenities, but it´s charming and we had a comfortable stay, and it is right in the centre of Tlaxcala.

Summary: The hotel is among the most comfy and beautiful places I've ever stayed at in mexico. It's not the luxury but it's got a "home" feel to it. The staff was curteus and very friendly.
