Positive: We had a lovely stay at Hotel Poezia in Negrești. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. The location is amazing, the breakfast is generous and varied, and everything was very clean and well kept. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few areas that could be better addressed.

Negative: On the downside, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Also, the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippery — my daughter even slipped and fell there, fortunately without a bad accident. This does make it a safety concern that could be improved.

Positive: Absolutely Everything was perfect! From the reception staff to the impeccable service at breakfast, definitely a pleasant stay. Big room, clean, stunning view and great location.
