Summary: The hotel is great location overlooking river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. We had welcome drink on rooftop bar which has great views. Around 20-25 minutes walk to centre square. Boat trips on river 3 minutes walk. Will definitely stop here again when we return to Krakow.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel a few times, and as always, the experience is great. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all main attractions. Bartek at the reception is the friendliest and most helpful. He always smiles and makes you feel welcome.
