Positive: I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to help me — booking my train ticket, giving me clear directions to exactly where I needed to be, and recommending delicious local food at great prices. I’d happily stay here again.

He gave an excellent recommendaton for how to make the most of our one day there and visit to Ajanta, recommending to go by bus, how to get to the bus station and where to have a (wonderful) thali meal before going. The location was very conveneient indeed for us being so near the rail station. Lovely simple decor with artwork from hosts great uncle. Special

Negative: We were not so happy with the Silver Palace next door for an evening meal - very noisy, very dim and rather expensive! Our hosts other recommendation might have been better for us to take!

Positive: Spotlessly clean and in a very good location near the Railway Station. Lovely extremely helpful host / manager who gave excellent advice about travel to Ajanta and Ellora, and onwards, and helped facilitate. Room 6 was spacious and quiet, and there are both a pleasant reception area with access to the wi-fi, and a nice semi-private alcove down the corridor to sit and read etc. if one wants. Very secure (manager at reception all day and then sleeps with his wife upstairs on site and can be called; there are guards front and back at night; and the rooms are essentially snoop-proof....would be an excellent choice for a single woman too.

Negative: Only cold water in the handbasin (but an excellent supply of hot water available in the shower through a mixer tap)!

Summary: Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and reassuringly secure, with an exemplary manager

Rather, the lovely gentleman who runs the establishment justifies the rating. Gave me chai and restuarant recommendations in the local area as well as including me in his Diwali procession. True gem

Positive: The rooms at the hotel are incredibly clean. While the hotel doesn’t offer food, there’s a good restaurant in the hotel right next door. The owner of the hotel is exceptionally friendly, and we had a great time chatting with him. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station, yet it’s completely quiet in the room. We would happily stay here again anytime. The excellent reviews are definitely genuine.

Positive: The location was a short walk from the railway station which was very welcome after a long train journey from Mumbai. We had a warm welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful, providing recommendations on where to eat, as well as helping us with our train from Jalgaon to Nagpur. He also helped us get to Ajanta Caves by public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very large and comfortable. The room was very quiet and had a fan and AC. Highly recommended if you're in Jalgaon, a great and very welcoming, safe place to stay that is in a great location.

Positive: After a long motorbike journey I arrived tired and the welcome and care by owner was the best. The room was immaculate. The arrangement for food and breakfast at the hotel next door were excellent.

Negative: Its not really a criticism but the hotel lacked Indian style character. I prefer heritage and boutique style hotels. A bit more colour and decoration would have been better.
