Positive: The beautiful woodwork throughout the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet for sleeping and spacious accommodations.

Negative: I can not think of anything they could to improve our stay. It was perfect.

Positive: Central location, plenty of restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to all the sites that we wanted to visit.

Negative: Our room was next to a generator which was vert noisy. We were not able to sleep on our first night. We brought up the issue with the staff and they moved us to another room promptly.

Positive: I really liked the colonial-style hotel. The staff is very attentive, and if a problem arises, it's resolved quickly. I highly recommend it, it's right in the center of Plaza Herrera. The hotel has a restaurant and incredibly delicious steaks. If I have the opportunity to return, I will choose this hotel again. The manager, Ricardo, is a wonderful and open person who makes your stay very comfortable.

Positive: This hotel is brand new, renovated on a restored building in the Casco area of Panama city. The location is amazing, on a quite square, but a minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions of the area. Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.

Negative: Being a restored building, there are several stairs to go up to the room. Our luggage was carried up for us, so no major inconvenience. Just not 100% accessible for those who can't use stairs.
