Summary: We loved the location, and the employees were great. The beds were not comfortable, and the nonstop bands on the beach is the reason that I didn't give this hotel 5 stars. I would return again though.

Summary: Great location, it has one of the best beach area, good for kids because the hotel offers activities for kids, food included in the all-inclusive is not bad. In the other hand, bathrooms stink, and there was a cockroach in the dresser. Rooms are not quiet, everything that happens in the hallway you can hear it in the room

Summary: The staff was great and helpful, especially Ma de los Angeles in booking she was very helpful with my booking, also Jose David Captain of the Chefs was also extremly helpful, Leopoldo out waiter went above and beyond to help us, and Walter also was very helpful with our activities and dining in the hotel. Most definitely return to the hotel.

Summary: We have been visiting Hotel Playa Mazatlan since 2003. It has grown magnificently since then, adding restaurants, shows, pools. Service always good, thanks to all their staff, and especially Victor. We look forward to a future trip.
