Summary: Beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable. The staff is incredible — they truly go the extra mile to make you happy. We received a warm welcome, then left for another city for three days, and when we returned to Montreal, Alejandra upgraded our room and surprised us with wine, pastries, and a birthday card for my wife. The food at their restaurant was exquisite. We’re definitely coming back and will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

Summary: Sigh. Wonderful location. Great room and amenities BUT night staff and belldesk need some SERIOUS work. 2 men watched me STRUGGLE with 3 large suitcases and did not offer to assist at all. That bowled me over as a single female traveler. Spa staff wonderful.

Summary: Location was great if you want to be in old Montreal. Unfortunately, there were some issues. There is major construction going on across the street from the hotel. We had a lovely room, but at 7 o’clock in the morning, the banging started. The staff kindly moved us to a sensational room in the back of the hotel however, I question whether this could’ve been avoided to begin with. The staff was very friendly however I requested a kettle/tea set be sent to the room. It took over 3 hours (and several calls) to get the just kettle. (They didn’t bring any tea or cups that could hold hot water.) There were a few other issues with service. But overall for the price and the location, we were happy with our stay.
