Positive: Very clean, spacious room. Daily cleaning makes the place feel fresh. Bed is good. Balcony offers a beautiful view. Facilities such as the sauna and pool are excellent. Hospitable staff that try to accommodate the best they can.

Negative: Shower can use some love. You must book the sauna an hour in advance. Gym is good but no ventilation and quite cramped with redundant equipment. I recommend removing half of your treadmills. Laundry offered except on Sundays it seems? Had to hand wash my clothes and air dry them on the balcony. Location is a trek from downtown but not a big deal if you are fit or take taxis.

Positive: Great location within walking distance from the centre. Our room had an amazing view over Pristine. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and always smiling 😍 The pool is a wonderful asset to this hotel. I would highly recommend Hotel Pinocchio.

Positive: Everything is perfect: a spacious and well equipped room, a very good breakfast (you are asked what kind of egg you would like to have), very friendly staff. I would always book again the Pinocchio. You cannot get more for the money.
