Positive: Very nice staff. Close to ski. Quiet location

Negative: The rooms need better maintenance. The heating system was very difficult to manage—despite setting all the thermostats to 5°C, as recommended, the room temperature exceeded 27°C. The shower was broken and needs to be replaced—you can still use it, but the conditions are not decent.

Positive: We booked in advance of our stay and the process was easy and efficient. The location outside Cortina is beautiful and quiet and yet, convenient to town. The staff's communication prior to check-in was excellent and they were all friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was typical of thee area and included several gluten free options. The room was surprisingly large and was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. Bathroom was clean with small-ish shower (typical though).
