Summary: Someone before us had obviously thrown up in the bathroom and the maids just didn’t clean the toilets well. You could see it on the outside of the toilet bowl. The wifi was super weak. We ended up having to use data on our phones because we couldn’t maintain an internet connection using the Hotel’s WiFi. The grout between the tiles in the shower is dirty. The staff were friendly.

Summary: Arrived late from airport. Not a welcoming greeting from the security guard who could not even supply some water & ice in the heat. No English and no interest in using google translate to engage. However, rooms are immaculate as is the full property. With a/c and all amenities we needed for an over night. Main staff much more friendly and helpful but I’d still expect more. For example - When I asked for a taxi I was told to call an Uber. On balance, a good hotel if you are looking for somewhere simple and easy on your journey. Note - not as near to the airport as you think.

Summary: I arrived very late and checked out very early in the morning due to my flight schedule. Even though I did not have a chance to see any administrative personnel at the hotel, I had no problem getting into my room and checking out in the morning. The night guard was waiting for me to give me the room key, and I did not waste a second getting into my room. Communication was very fast and effective. It is a cost-effective choice to stay one night near Zagreb airport.
