Positive: Its located in the city and the property is fresh guess 8 to 9 months so all was neat and new.

Negative: If you call for a taxi it takes quiet some time to come for pick up. Suggest you use the B cab app and get and on time pick up with good well mannered drivers.

Summary: Its good the restaurant the staff the location & cleanliness.

Positive: *Clean rooms and courteous staff* We had a pleasant stay at The Pentagon. Very conveniently located on Kottayam- Ettumanoor road. Vaishnav at the reception was very helpful. Definitely worth a visit.
