Positive: The location was good. The facilities were as expected

Negative: When it was time to take a shower in the morning we had no hot water in.our room and had to check out without taking a shower. That was the first time that happened to us at any hotel.

Positive: Good variety at breakfast Clean pool Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable ( perfectly on the hardly-side mattress- )and spaces bed Good water pressure in the shower and easy usable Easy functional A/C, good temperature room The whole hotel was very good temperature Has an elevator and wide staircase

Negative: In a corner of the window was a crack . A small part of the wallpaper was loose in a corner next to the window . The walk-in shower glass was a bit unstable, still stable enough to feel safe. Even though I hung the sign 'please don't disturb' I accidentally got a visitor of the cleaning staff, but they respectfully left as quickly as they came, so that's alright.

Positive: Pedras salgadas is a cute welcomed break with a nature park with natural springs, suitable to families to solo travellers. The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming and the town people even better! Recommend going in the end of June for the ‘Santos’ village party for a good time!
