Positive: After almost two weeks on the Camino, this was an indulgence. I enjoyed the pool. Room was excellent, although better toiletries would have been appreciated. Did not have a good dinner experience (food), but service was good. Good breakfast.

Negative: A bit of a walk out of the way if on the Camino. The adjoining restaurant was disappointing.

Positive: Hotel is gorgeous, very beautiful The rooms are beautiful and very tastefully decorated I had a good dinner there as well!

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast It was very simple and the only types of eggs they had it was a super cold overcooked eggs

Positive: Old world style hotel.

Negative: Menue of the day had only two choices of desert .Not mentioned ar the time otherwise we would have gone with the al a carte menue for a better choice Other than that , a good choice of hotel. Would be nice to have a coffee and tea maker in the room.

Positive: The historical building is unique and impressive The outdoor area is nice, specially the large pool

Negative: The breakfast was -only- ok The restaurant was expensive and for this the food was -only- ok

Positive: Everything! The nicest and most interesting place we stayed on the Camino. Formerly a recreational mansion for the bishops of Santiago de Compostela built in the 16th century, the hotel is meticulously updated and maintained. Comfortable rooms, swimming pool, and adjacent restaurant made for a sumptuous overnight stay on the Camino.

Negative: All was wonderful.

Positive: Extremely beautiful. Because it was warm the pool was great. The restaurant is nice.

Negative: Need more access to drink water and food when it’s off hours because it’s isolated. Reception could smile a little more.
