Positive: Really kind and helpful staff. The reception, the restaurant and the cleaning personal are doing a great job! The breakfast has everything. You are in a walking distance from the centre and the Biopark of Valencia. The metro station is not so far away. If you are with a car you can park free of charge around the hotel, the problem is to find a place. There is a supermarket near and some bars on the same street. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect! I can only say the cleaning personal is doing a perfect job!!!

Negative: Unfortunately the first night we found a big cockroach in our room. We understand that it is summer and at this time of the year these bugs are all over the streets but this was a bad experience for us. Also all the rooms in the hotel are on ground floor.

Positive: Staff and hotel itself deserves many compliments, cleanliness, room design, attention to the details are great.
