Summary: Everything perfekt

Summary: Hotel facilities were nice and clean, however we were extremely disappointed in the room. Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). If you do not lockt the door it keeps opening on its own. Quite okay variety of food at breakfast, but only sweet toppings for yoghurt no oat or spalt flakes, no seeds just sweetened crunchy müsli mixes and dried fruits. Overall nice hotel but NOT worth the money.

Summary: Really disappointed with our stay at this hotel albeit the staff were lovely and we received an upgrade to our room. The Hotel advertised good amenities of restaurant and bar. Both of these were closed the entire duration of our stay!!! We had no notice of this and would not have picked this hotel had we known of these closures. Communal areas of hotel were kept clean and tidy but daily cleaning of hotel rooms did not happen!!! Providing fresh towels also seemed to be a challenge. This is not what we expected from a 4* hotel.
