Positive: Very pleasant silent place. Very good staff. Very good Beach and termal swiminng pools. Breakfast and dinner also good enough. You can also find good eating facilities on the Beach.

Positive: This hotel is a secret gem! A true Italian experience with great food at the outdoor Kalaka cafe and extensive (delicious!)breakfast buffet. Spotlessly clean. The true stars are the staff. Friendly polite professional and helpful at every level. Great beach, pool and thermal spa. A wonderful little hotel!

Negative: I traveled alone so booked a single room: and it was indeed small. But I was usually in the pool, spa, terrace or beach anyway!

Summary: Absolutely fabulous.

Positive: Beautiful hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and beautiful. The pool is good but could do with more deck chairs. Ultimately what really set this hotel apart was the service. What a joy to deal with people who genuinely love their job. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was really helpful and made our stay a delight.

Negative: This isn’t the hotels fault but unfortunately of the four nights we stayed, three nights we had booming music playing next door. It was like some sort of festival or club night and it would go on until at least midnight. Not a problem if you’re the clubby type but I was travelling with elderly relatives who sleep at 10. It’s purely something for other guests to note as it may put a dampener on your stay.

Summary: Brilliant hotel with gorgeous views and impeccable service.
