Positive: Beautiful & mezmerizing ”glamping hotel”, with very friendly service. We took Google Maps’ navigation too literally and got stuck offroad close to the hotel. Friendly locals & workers came to our help. The tent was clean and cozy. Food was good! High recommendation to try the quad safari in the desert!! Worth every penny

Positive: I could very moderately describe the hotel as a smaller paradise inside a larger one. The moment you arrive, the pool wins you immediately. I certainly spent more time there than in the public baths, that is for sure, and I would have swam for hours. The watchtower is lovely and gives you a hell of a view. We booked one of the better "tents" and it was almost like a proper hotel room with a real bathroom, bed, sofa and everything while preserving the tent feeling. The bed was comfortable, electricity was available around 18:00 after we arrived and water as well. Ali, one of the nice gentlemen at the hotel prepared us breakfast for our early departure at 5am and in general I would go back without hesitation. It is really a piece of heaven, this camp! And what a vibe at night with the lights!
Negative: The hammam was not working and nor did the bar. They told us that it is because August is considered low season. Somewhat of a dissapointment but we could live without, although it must be really nice when the place is full of guests and everything is operational. The fountains were nit working for similar reasons I guess. We also had dinner at the hotel which was very good quality but could have been a bigger portion for the 20€ each that we paid. All in all, not real negatives. It was just that we did not see the hotel at its full glory I guess.

Positive: The place is literally next to the dunes, with easy access to all the activities like camel riding, ATV rides etc. Very friendly management and are very helpful. Always there to help with local information and tips. They can help plan the activities you may want to do.
Negative: Just few points to keep in mind for the fellow travelers: - Try to travel in day light. Road goes through desert and could get bumpy in some places. - Try to have a full tank gas or carry a jerry can, there are no gas stations near by.
Summary: Very pleasant stay in the middle of the desert, next to dunes for a perfect disconnect get away

Positive: The hotel has great potential in terms of location and design. It's great that it's located on the main street and close to the main action and entrance to the Sahara. Among other things, it has its own swimming pool, which is great for children, and the possibility of dinner, where we experienced the preparation and baking of bread and lamb. These are definitely the best points of our stay at the hotel. Mr. Ali was very helpful from time to time during the stay.
Negative: The tent we stayed in was partially cleaned, but it is obvious that the tents are not well maintained. The bedding is poorly washed, the pillows are at their limit, I don't know when they were last changed, and the bathroom was catastrophically dirty. Communication in English is limited and the staff are not constantly available if something is needed, otherwise when they are found they are very friendly and helpful.
Summary: Very good potential that is poorly executed
