Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a pleasant terrace with a wonderful view of the green surroundings. The modern and tidy bathroom added to the overall positive experience. A commendable breakfast buffet and dinner service was offered. Despite my late arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome. Knowing I was staying for surgery, the hotel informed me upfront they would happily provide extra pillows. Even with the kitchen closed over Christmas, the staff, particularly Dieter and Johan, went the extra mile by placing a fridge and kettle in my room and offering a solution for meal preparation. They were most helpful and friendly. Every staff member I met was truly lovely and courteous. A special mention to Jean-Louis, who made my stay a truly excellent one. He went above and beyond, ensuring I lacked nothing even during the quieter holiday period. Jean-Louis prepared dinner when the kitchen was closed, and I am truly grateful for his amazing attention! Thanks so much again! Many thanks to the whole team for making my stay memorable!
