Positive: Lovely pool and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very modern and clean. Good breakfast. Close to beach. Easy to get to pretty hilltop town of Torre di Palme.

Negative: Not many choice of restaurants close by.

Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the ease of parking just outside or under covered trees was great, it always smelt like a luxury hotel in the rooms, the pool area had green lush grass and a chilled vibe, even if it was a small area it felt relaxing and they supplied towels. Breakfast was minimal but fresh and cooked eggs were available, a nice sandy and pebbles clear water beach just at the end of the street!

Negative: The train line was close but wasn’t a bother, when the door was closed it’s not an issue

Summary: Great staff, clean, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. Close to the beach. Lovely!

Positive: The receptionist was very helpful. The lady who prepared breakfast was really nice, always with a smile.

Negative: The pool was a bit small but generally ok.

Positive: The hotel is not very big, so not too busy Our room was spacious and bright. Friendly helpful staff recommended and helped to book restaurant. Sufficient breakfast, good Internet connection and aircon. Nice pool with jacuzzi and enough garden space to lounge in. Also a rooftop terrace. Lots of free parking. The location is great - easy to get to the airport - beaches, cafe and excellent local restaurant within short walking distance and a short drive to further beaches. Easy drive also to Fermo, Torre di Palme and other sightseeing. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check out the family's other business attached to the hotel, a shop selling home grown products We were very pleased that we chose this hotel for the last nights of our holiday

Negative: Proximity of motorway, main coastal road and railway didn't particularly bother us because it was so hot and we kept the balcony door shut which cut down the noise, but it could be very noisy otherwise Seats on the balcony might be nice for another time of year
