Summary: Check-in was a nightmare. I checked in 3 hrs prior via the website. I arrived at 1300 and not room was allocated to me and I had to wait until 1400 to get a room. When I return there masses of people waiting to check-in and only 2 of the 4 stations open. Sadly, I had to highlight the pointless need to checkin online and was then dealt with separately and a room allocated. The queue for others was long and the process took a good deal of time. The other positions should have been opened to deal with the surge.
