Summary: This property was very clean, parking was perfect, the staff were very courteous, but the problem was there were very few staff, and it was impossible to find them during the day. The hotel backs onto a river, which was the perfect background noise for sleeping. The amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and other little extras were nonexistent. The breakfast buffet was typical and free, totally adequate to start your day. We ate at the restaurant at night, and the food was very good. The hotel is on the outskirts of La Massana, which makes it nice and quiet, but a 2 to 3 km drive to get back into the center. It is about a seven to eight kilometre drive back into Andorra la Vella, which is inconvenient if you’re heading that way often. However, if you’re heading out to the mountains or ski resorts, you don’t have to drive through town to get there.

Summary: The staff were friendly and attentive. The pizza's evening meal were delicious washed down by a couple of beers and tia maria. Breakfast had a good selection of food. All in all, an enjoyable overnight stay. I will certainly consider this hotel for skiing trips.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff, good location. Good breakfast, nice room, clean. They modernised the bedroom, let’s hope they do the same with the bathroom.

Summary: Friendly, family run business. Clean room, good shower, comfy bed, pleasant sound of bubbling stream. Generous continental breakfast included. Very generous sized Aperol spritz and delicious Asian dinner in the restaurant. Relaxing stopover on our way from Madrid to France. Highly recommended.
