Positive: The restaurant was good and the food was fine.

Negative: There are two properties with the same name about 5 kms apart. This created confi=usion and we went tot he wrong property. we had to come all the way back t this hotel, had issues witht eh extra bed costing, the room was fine, but the hotel is not good enough for a good rest as it also incldues a club which menas non-stop noise all night long. we were lucky to get a chaneg to our room which was relatively quieter but still the noise was there all night.

Summary: Watch out for the neame and address and ensure you book and go to the right Hotel Palacio.

Negative: Rooms were very dated, one room had smoke smell Even though they had a non smoking sign in the room.

Negative: The stuff did not check before assigning me a room and when I enter the room, it was occupied, which was embarrassing for both me and the the existing Guest. This could be a much worser situation.
