Summary: The hotel is an extraordinary cultural experience. Magnificent Baroque halls are beautifully blended with high-quality contemporary art. The staff are personally warm and exceptionally professional. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and at the same time genuinely homely. A special bonus goes to the excellent spa. The coolest palace — sorry, hotel — I have ever stayed in.

Summary: Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Summary: There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

Summary: This was the most incredible experience. It’s boutique hotel and masterpiece. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and going above and beyond to make your visit pleasurable. We loved everything and night teas on Terrace watching to Cathedral was mesmerizing.
