Negative: For the value of price need to add some water in rooms, or refreshments. Late cheking guests maybe don’t have chance to buy anything on the road.

Positive: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had the apartment with the view in front of the big church. It was quite and the staff very friendly.

Negative: We had no discomfort during our stay, so there is nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: We only stayed there for one night. The location was good (easy to acess in transit), quiet, clean, and the staff were nice. The room & bathroom size pleasantly surprised us, as they were actually quite large and decorated in a modern style. There's a small private parking available, but it was full when we got there late at night, so we parked on the street.

Negative: The bathroom fan didn't work, and cleaning could be a bit better in the shower area.

Positive: Excellent Spa facilities. Relaxing by the indoor, heated pool looking through the double-glazed windows at the snow in the garden. Sauna lovely and hot and the giant jacuzzi with powerful bubble-jets was a treat. Good breakfast from 8am-10.30, check in/out 2pm/12noon. Parking available for free.

Negative: Room was a little too warm, thermostat/fan on the air-con didn't seem to control it well.

Summary: Lovely hotel with spa facilities.
