Positive: We booked this holiday in the beginning of the year hopping the weather would be nice, the opposite most of the days were rainy. Good for us the pool at the property was covered so we were able to enjoy the thermal pool each day. The people at the hotel are so friendly we felt like home. There was complimentary coffee, tea and small breakfast each day. The lady that cooks for the hotel deserves congratulations as everything we ate was excellent!

Positive: Very helpful, provided free lifts to and from railway station. Location very convenient for Ostrov monastery. Breakfast was good and plentiful, self service buffet

Negative: Very little English spoken and no English language dinner menu. Made it hard to order food.
