Positive: The common spaces were spacious and very nice, the staff was nice and accomodating. The shower was very nice.

Negative: The first breakfast we had was mediocre, it had nothing to do with what was shown on the pictures, only a handful of things set on a corner table, no hot drinks or dishes (they did offer to make us some eggs and coffee) whereas the second one was as advertised. The entire place smelt very strongly of perfume. Luckily the room smelt fine. There was an old towel left behind the door and something in the bathroom bin when we checked into the room.

Summary: Fine, but a lot to improve

Positive: I've stayed at a lot of hotels, guest houses, Airbnbs over the past 12 months; all over europe and in Canada. This is easily as good as the best of them and on balance I think it's the best. Very close to Lublijana airport. Exceptional value for money. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. V good bedroom. Lovely old wood lodge charm.
