Positive: Hotel have a good location and opposite the pier, just cross the road. And my room is very good view with lake como from window. And hotel staff is very good. The receptionist very helpful. And staff who take care of breakfast area. She has good service mind. (made good scrambled eggs).

Negative: The internet hotel is not good signal. I cannot use it.

Summary: good hotel that you spend money for. good location, good view, good staff.

Positive: The hotel restaurant was superb. Great foods with the most lovely staff full of knowledge of the menu. The staff went above & beyond in serving us. The hotel is located close to the water taxi but takes 1 hour 45 to reach Bellagio. Be aware & prepared of the limited return taxis and study the timetable in advance. Great if you’re heading to Como as this only takes 25 minutes. Lovely little sitting area opposite the hotel to enjoy a drink right by the waters edge.

Negative: Disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned, no beds made or change of towels. Hotels interior is in need of an update.

Positive: The hotel was perfect location, only 30 minute ferry from Como. The ferry stop is right outside the front of the hotel in addition to a bus stop which can also take you around the lake. The hosts were super lovely and extremely helpful when needing advice on bus/ferry times and places to visit. We stayed in a lake view, balcony room which was perfect. Sadly we had bad weather but would definitely recommend!! The room was super clean and nice sized bathroom. Would recommend as a perfect hotel to stay at when visiting Lake Como. If you’re wanting to stay somewhere with restaurants and supermarkets near by, there wasn’t much apart from the restaurant in the hotel.
