Summary: The guy at the reception on check in was very unkind. The hotel is not suitable por people with reduced mobility as you have to go up and down stairs go to the restaurant, and play. Place needs maintenance, the second floor has floor waves (floor ripples) over the carpet, y toe bent because of this and I fell and hit myself. Not enough toilet paper and sope is replaced, has to call reception to order constantly. Place surrondings has incredible nature, restaurant is very good!

Summary: Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids.

Summary: I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. I think it must have been central air - what the hotel gave you. I needed an iron, but one was not available.

Summary: The room was nice and cosy.Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good. The hotel was running at full capacity so the SPA area was really crowded and the check-in was done at 16p.m which is quite late.
