Positive: The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big. There was no noise whatsoever so it was a perfect location. The tram to the city center is 3 minutes away.

The property itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and located in an incredibly picturesque neighborhood that made the whole experience even more special. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Positive: Nice hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The room was spacious and comfy in general. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There are public transportation nearby so we could get to the city in a short time. We were also able to enjoyed the pool with the kids...luckily.

Negative: The staff made a mistake and put us in a room on the 1st floor with wooden flooring. The guest underneath our room complained to the staff about the noise from our kids running in the room... after that we had to keep telling our kids to not walking too fast every 5 minutes... which was a bit annoying... because they are just KIDS... and the hotel supposed to be "family-friendly"....also there are also rules and time slot you can use the pool, but it's not guarantee that you get to use the pool unless you pay extra fee and book the whole pool for yourself, so sometime we wanted to use the pool but not sure how long we could enjoy it until suddenly some guests decide to book it and kick us out...

Positive: Friendly staff. Many parking spots. Nice hotel on the exterior and also on the interior. It has sauna and swimming pool (not a large one).

Negative: The rooms are clean but some spots were forgotten or the cleaning laddies missed it because maybe they were to busy.
