Positive: Our suite - Twin Stars - had great beds and paintings. The Hello Kitty breakfast was good. The reception doubling up as a shop. It was nice to have memento keycards with our names.
Negative: It’s a shame that there were not Sanrio touches in the bathroom (pictures or other things such as soap). They would not take much effort or cost. The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. They didn’t have the “genki” attitude we were expecting in line with Sanrio. There are a lot of stuffed toys but there could be more interesting Sanrio displays.

Negative: We were in the end room and could hear the crossing constantly and the people in the room next door. Wi-Fi was only possible when stood by the door or in the corridor.

Positive: It was themed and I'm sure Sanrio fans would love it. Free drinks and ice-cream as welcome snacks. Close proximity to Kokusai Dori and Makshi Station.
Negative: -We lived on the 3rd floor and the corridor smells a bit moldy and old. The room smells fine though. -The double bed is quite small in Okinawa standards. -There is no curtain in the room with only a white paper curtain blocking the window, woke up by the rising sun at 6am.

Positive: The property is close to everything. It's very convenient. The rooms were very clean and the staff were phenomenal.
Negative: The only thing I have negative about this place is the room and halls have a very different mildewy smell.

Positive: I like they have Sanrio merchandise at the hotel you can purchase. I liked they had a gift box you put your hand it to choose a little luxury gift. I thought the hotel itself was super cute.
Negative: We didn't get the room I thought I had chosen. The items for purchase is very slim. The bed was a little hard. There isn't free parking for the hotel.
Summary: Very relaxing and enjoyable. I would stay there again.
