Positive: Historic and very well maintained building in a very good location. Very friendly owner who speaks very good English and support you with any question you might have. There is a thermal spring in walking distance and the region is great for hiking. Hope to be able to come back one day.

Positive: A very nice historic building in a great area, with good parking and reliable Wi-Fi. The man at the reception was very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Negative: The only minor downside was the small shower, but this was understandable in an old historic building and also common in Greece, not a major issue.

Positive: A landmark, with 100+ years of continuous operation. An pre/early Bauhaus listed building. High ceilings, the amplest of room - designed when space economy was not a concern. Clinically clean. The most accommodating and kind owners/staff discussed with us about the building's conservation challenges, the history of Ypati Loutropolis, the area.

Positive: I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! ✨ It has a very special atmosphere — like stepping back in time to the early days of the resort, when this place was among the first to welcome guests. Yet, it still feels alive, full of charm and character, without any trace of mustiness or nostalgia. The hotel has been owned and run by the same family for over 130 years, and you can feel their care in every detail. The owner himself welcomes and says goodbye to guests — a truly kind and remarkable man. His sons are the future — continuing the family tradition while bringing in new ideas. A place with a soul. I would love to come back! 🌿
