Positive: It was like a beacon in a dark storm. I am a Pilgrim and had been walking in the rain all day long. When I walked to the hotel, late afternoon, I was filled with joy at the big sign declaring the property. It is a good value, no fuss, predictable experience. Clean rooms and helpful team members.
Negative: My expectations were of a budget friendly hotel before arrived. I have no complaints

Positive: The large family room is absolutely stunning, an enormous Japanese style bathroom that felt so luxurious! A lovely hotel which is convenient to the train station.

Positive: It looks much better in reality than in the photos, it's newly renovated. The staff were very nice and it was amazing to have a bicycle to use for the day! The location is good, short walk from train station and 5min from the old town by bicycle.
Negative: The room was small but fine, I did however get some cigarette smoke coming through to the 2nd floor room as the smoking area is at the front of the building.

Positive: Extremely helpful, patient, and friendly staff. They could remember your requests and face, and the staff communicate with each other, so you don't need to explain the same thing to different staff at the front desk even if the shifts changed. They're not just kind people but very professional. The hotel has probably been refurbished recently, and it's been kept in an extremely great condition due to attentive cleaning and management. I have a fairly high standard for cleaning and this hotel is absolutely spotless, even in places like the edge of the sliding cabinets.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was awesome.
