Positive: The hotel was in the city center and close to the ancient city. The room was small, but clean.

Negative: The room for two people was small and the TV did not play local or other channels, only connected to the Internet. The hotel's parking spaces are few and the space is very narrow. The hotel does not mention in the booking, (nor in our question to them), that the parking space of the hotel is charged €10 per day. And when you ask them to park for a few minutes, to bring your bags up to the room, they blackmail you to take the car immediately because they are waiting for other customers (and to look for a place in the street).

Summary: Although our stay was short we managed to walk around the ancient city and see some shops.

Positive: Perfect, from the very beginning up to the end. Staff are polite and quite helpful, even though it's a bit hard to get around with English. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Close the the old town, the train station, however, is roughly half an hour away.

Negative: Nothing to complain about. Perhaps, the breakfast was not worth (10 Euro is a bit expensive for a non all you can eat breakfast), but the guy there really did his very best.

Positive: Everything was perfect and the category should be 4 stars, not 3. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very clean and very well equipped. Location is very close to the Old City and also the city center.

Negative: Parking is extra and a bit expensive (10€/night).

Summary: The perfect stay in Plovdiv city center.
