Negative: Room service I said I didn’t want fresh towels every day They took this to mean I didn’t want them to do anything So my waste bin and coffee tray weren’t emptied

Positive: The hotel located in a very vibrant neighborhood, it has welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious, there's a really great bathroom and shower.

Negative: No a/c in the room. There were only blackout curtains on the window and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time because our room was on the ground floor. If there had been light curtains there too, it would have been better. The pool was on its annual maintenance, which is pity because we wanted to use it.

Positive: Perfectly located with what looked a super pool (see below), breakfast facilities and room layout. Staff were friendly and professional.

Negative: The second day we were there the hotel began preparing for a conference later in the week which completely took over the hotel to what felt the exclusion of the guests. The pool was closed off conference coffee stalls were set up outside hotel rooms and there were lots of contractors coming and going. No warning from the hotel at check in or before that there was going to be a conference. €7.50 bottled water is extortionate. Didn’t clean our room once while we were there. Full bins when we left (we had our baby son with us so had nappies).

Summary: Would think twice about staying again which is a shame a it could have been a much better experience.
