Summary: Lovely front desk staff. Room was nice and large by EU standards. The only issue was the AC/heat did not work. Contacted the front desk right away (to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong- climate control is different in hotels/countries). Someone even came to my room to check. I was told everything was okay, but it takes 4 hours to work. Really 4 hours!! I was told to just open a window if I was hot. Great, what about heat in the morning? The temp was set to what I wanted, and 8 hours later it still wasn’t working. One other small annoyance. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is a bit early. The annoyance, it’s not that the buffet ends at 9:30…you must exit the breakfast room at 9:30. The stay starts harassing people at 9:15, to finish and leave. Come 9:39 people with half eat breakfasts were forced to leave. Some carried their plates into the lobby to finish eating.
