Negative: Tiny rooms. Windows didn’t open all the way so room was stuffy and warm. Parking was a debacle.

Negative: We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that it was not possible to get a late checkout later than 12pm. The fact that the late checkout was not possible is not a problem, but the hotel was not fully booked. It is not pleasant to get fake information.

Negative: Have is a far too small room for a superior deluxe, but changed it after we complained. Quite hard to find.
