Positive: Hotel and the staff were very nice

Negative: Since we had a so-called apartment, they didn’t clean. It was an extra cost to clean. That’s fine however they can at least service and bring you towels and toilet paper.

Positive: Welcoming staff,beautiful building,great room,very modern bedrooms,(Gallery suite,)comfortable beds.delicous breakfast. Good food at the attached restaurant. Located fairly close to transport into Munich.The complimentary chocolates in reception a nice touch.

Negative: Noise of someone running up and down the stairs till 1am in the neighbouring Maximillian gallery. (Last night only).
